Please e-mail your application 24 hours in advance of an adoption fair that you plan to attend  We do not hold or reserve animals for anyone, so please show up promptly!

Please also print out your completed e-mail form and bring it to the adoption fair.

If you are looking for a certain type of dog that we do not currently have, you may still fill out this form and we will contact you when we do find a dog that fits your needs.  If you have already seen a dog on our list of available dogs, please indicate under breed request which one you are applying for.

How To Send Us The Application

Just open an e-mail window by clicking here, paste the text between the red lines below into the e-mail, type in your answers to all the questions, and send the e-mail.

How do I paste the text into an e-mail?
Click at the start of the text below. Hold down your left mouse button, sweep down to the end of the text, then release the mouse button. The text should now be highlighted. Click copy in your browser menu. Go to the e-mail window you just opened, click in the body section of the message, then click paste on the e-mail menu.
